Introduction
The University's corporate applications are available to members of the public, staff and students. They hold a wide range of corporate information in a number of integrated systems. Kx provides functionality for managing student accommodation.
Human Resources

Business Objects is a management reporting tool used to report on Human Resources data held within Trent.
Finance

DCal is the software used to administer the University's purchase card transactions.

ALBACS is used for electronic transfer of money between bank accounts using BACS facilities.

ESMI is the Estates Management Information system, including functions relating to maintenance and stores.

Esi is the University's main access control system, used to control barriers and doors on campus and for the printing of ID cards.
