Completed LUSI Student Database Planned Unavailability

Update 5:37 p.m. Friday 23 July

All maintenance work has been successfully completed, and service has now been restored.

Introduction

In order to minimise the risk of unplanned unavailability, IT Services have decided to do some essential planned maintenance on the LUSI Student Database in TWO stages.

Wednesday 21 July

At 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday 21 July the LUSI / Corporate Database system will be taken out of service and will be unavailable until 9:00 a.m.

Friday 23 July

The LUSI system will be made unavailable at 2:00 p.m. on the Friday afternoon for the second part of the work – please ensure that you are logged out by 1:30 p.m. We expect to have our work completed and the system back to normal by 10:00 p.m. at the latest.
